How does per-provider pricing work?: You pay per active clinician seat (admin, midwife, assistant, student, or biller) — not per client or per birth. Add or remove providers anytime; billing prorates.
What counts as a 'provider' seat vs. a portal user?: Only staff accounts count toward your provider count. Client portal accounts are unlimited and free on every tier.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?: Starter is the complete chart — prenatal through newborn, scheduling, and billing. Pro adds the AI layer: natural-language Q&A, one-click quarterly outcomes reports, AI-flagged anomalies, and AI SOAP-note drafting.
